The School of Engineering and Science arranged a vibrant get-together program on 7th October 2025 at the Auditorium Hall of the Manarat International University, Ashulia Campus. Students from both the EEE and CSE departments were invited to participate in this inspiring event. The program was chaired by the Dean, Mizanur Rahman, and the Head of EEE, Ershadul H. Chowdhury.
The main objective of the event was to encourage interdepartmental collaboration and motivate students to work together on innovative ideas. Both EEE and CSE students were inspired to engage in joint research, develop impactful projects, and actively participate in national and international robotics competitions. Initiatives like line following robots (LFR), soccer robots, and even Mars rover–type projects were highlighted as exciting areas for joint teamwork and innovation.
During the Q&A session, students shared their expectations and placed strong emphasis on collaboration between the two departments, especially in terms of lab facilities, research support, and technical guidance. They expressed their eagerness to work on more advanced, hands-on projects and sought departmental support to help them compete with other universities at a national and international level.
In response, the Dean and the Head of EEE delivered motivational speeches, assuring the students of their full support. They emphasized the importance of teamwork, innovation, and research in shaping the future of engineering and technology. Their encouraging words inspired students to take bold steps toward creating groundbreaking projects and representing the university on larger platforms.
