The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) organized a View Exchange Program at MIU, on 20th of December, 2024. The event was graced by the presence of Professor Ershadul Haq Chowdhury, Assistant Professor Rafiqul Islam, faculty member Tahrima Ashraf Nithi and part-time faculty members of Gulshan Evening Program.

Tahrima Ashraf, Lecturer, Department of EEE, encouraged the participants to share their thoughts and suggestions spontaneously. She assured that the EEE department would strive to provide better services in the future while expressing hope for its growth and continuous development.  

Students actively participated by sharing their valuable suggestions to enhance the overall facilities of the program and also expressed their expectations from MIU during the program. Assistant Professor Rafiqul Islam, the Coordinator of the Evening Program (Gulshan), addressed the participants by acknowledging their points and providing thoughtful remarks. He offered solutions to some of the issues raised, discussed ongoing progress, and shared insights about the steps that would be taken in the future to further improve the program.

Professor Ershadul Haque Chowdhury shared his vision and aspirations for the betterment and future growth of the department during his speech. He emphasized the importance of mutual cooperation and encouraged everyone to work together. Highlighting the uniqueness of the program, he expressed pride in creating a platform for open discussions between students and faculties—an opportunity that is not often available. He also shared insights on how to achieve excellence even with limited resources and reassured the department’s commitment to continually improving its services and opportunities in the future.
